When lowering the purchase price while negotiating during option period, what else needs to be corrected on the Amendment paragraph (1) C. for the price? Does the down payment and loan need to adjust with it? We have a third party addendum showing the higher loan amount with this new purchase price so does that need to be corrected too? (It is just bettering the buyers situation)
